- A long nap on noon: I normally don’t taking nap during the afternoon because I know it will change my sleeping habit; however, I am too tired due the oversea trip and I took a long nap like 4 hours yesterday noon.
- Drink too much coffee: I had 2 cups after dinner with my friend, Johnson at SS2 Kopitam. Normally, I don’t get affected from the caffeine, and this time I am sure I am wrong. My eyes are wide open.
The program for the sleepless night is
- DVD – Desperate Housewife Season 2 and Crash
- Astro – Switching channel by channel
- Cleaning apartment – I am not sure I am creating any noise to wake up my brother
- Reading yesterday newspaper
- Updating my blog
Now is about 4am in the morning, and I am still fully awake, and I am going to have hiking with friend around 7:30 at Gasing Hill.
Hmm.. may be I should try the old way as counting something.. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, …., 101.. Opss.. I forget the number I am counted.. Damn.. need to start again.
