Spending Mode

I have to cut down my spending for this month as my wallet already has a white flag fly high.

Few major purchased this month - skin cares (yes I am old need lot of skin care to keep me look young), bag, shoe, and etc etc ... plus the car insurance going to deal this month, which make the situation worst.

I need to change the spending mode off. No more shopping for this month.

Merry Christmas!!!

Had distributed all the x'mas gift to my colleague yesterday. As today need to half day then leaving to Genting for concert. One of the Taiwan song bird - Chi Yi.

Saw something I like at Time Square. A CK Jean messenger bag and tote bag, the price is a bit on the high side even after 30% off. Anyway, I still live without them at the moment. Will put into my wish list until the price drop further.

A Day at Mid Valley

Supposed to go home straight after work, end up went to Mid Valley with my colleague. Since he wanted to get a pair of running shoe for tomorrow TDDI run. End up he purchased more than what he expected. :P A pair of shoe, a messenger bag, and a membership - House of Sport come with freebie a shoe bag, a water bottle, and a sock.

Initially, he was not so key on the messenger bag. The evil me kept asking him to get the bag. We circled around the mall and passed by the shop twice before he decision to buy it. Wahahaha..

On the another hand, I only got few small gifts for my staffs and small organization bag. Saw a Nike tote bag, but managed to control myself not to purchase it. Total damanged less than RM50.

The Watch

Finally have time to take photo of the cheap watch from the Robinson. What do you think? It is really a good buy. Isetan having the same sales pro but the watch is RM 400. :)

Sunday.. a day before a boring Monday

A busy Sunday, hardly stay in the house - Err.. suppose to clean my place before my brother and sister come into town. I had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert with different group of friends. It has been awhile I have so many appointment in a day. Normally, I will just join one at one weekend. I prefer a slow weekend and no need to rushing around. :)

Spotted a sales in 1U, 70% off all the clothing.. hmmm maybe need to think twist as I have been overspend for the past 2 months. Let see how thing go first. Maybe can ask sis to pay my bill.. ;p

Robinson 1st Anniversary

Arrived at 6pm.. In front of the door already has 2 long queue.. Last experience was 10 years ago when Isetan had sales. :P

I am no. 200+? See the long queue..

It is not as exclusive as their initial launch. Anyway, I just want to purchase the skin care because got lot of attractive free stuffs.

Wired Day

I found out my car got scratch.. almost 6 inches long. I not even aware of it till I wash my car today. It must be a stupid car driver scratched my car at the parking lot.

..My poor baby..

Second time to Ikea this month, to get their March promotion item - Shoe tree. It out of stock again; however, it still advertise in the monthly promotion leaflet. I filed a complaint on this because it is totally stupid to run a product without any stock. It wasted my time and energy too.

Another Shopping Day

Today suppose be a non-shopping day for me. Somehow, it turned into a shopping trip after the movie with MX. Initially, we were browsing furnitures and electronic, for his soon to renovate condo, at the Curve and Ikano. He tempted to purchase a LG LCD 42" TV with recording feature; but, the price is higher compare another outlet in KL town. End up, he only purchased a wireless phone for his parent. I managed to do some browsing at shoes and watches shop.

After that, we moved on to One U. Parkson is having the purchase 120 and get 10 voucher. We were having trouble to spend the vouchers after our purchased. Spent an hour in the Men department before we managed to get a wallet which is under 100.

Chinese New Year is down to the corner .. and headache

The CNY is getting closer and we are yet to finish our shopping. Even my brothers and I had come to the agreement on how much to spend on the hampers for my 2 bothers and sister family. The hard part is where and what to get. Spend yesterday morning in Midvalley, I still unable to decide.

Due to miscommunication, I was blurring enough to go to the wrong place to meet up my friends for lunch. Anyway, I did manage to join them after the clarification. :) I am so need a PA.

Having the second interview thru phone, it did sound promising. The interviewer gave me his email toward the end of our phone conversation, and asked me to email him if I have any questions. Let cross finger and wish me luck.

Hunting for a suit

The opening is tomorrow, and I still looking for a suit. Even I have borrowed one from my boss, I still should buy one for myself. It will become handy when I go for my interview, as I have plan for job change this year.

I am so so confuse with my suit size. I used to wear 40, now, I can wear 36 or 38 depend on design / brand. Yesterday, I even managed to put on a suit with size S. OMG! S size.. They must be follow the American / Europe size.

As the Zara warehouse sales is on. I may want to drop by the shop again to see any suit is suitable for me. And the hunt for suit still on.

Few rules of wearing a suit:
1. Never wear blue suit with black pant.

2. Never wear jackets with sleeves that are too long or a suit of a size too big, or you'll look like you've borrowed your dad's.

3. Black shoes go with any colour suite except brown.

4. No brown suit after 6pm.

5. If you have to button a regular suite jacket, use the top of two buttons or the middle of the three buttons; never the last button.

Zara .. the sales

Today, managed to drop by the Zara store. In my horror, it looked like a pasar malam (night market). The shirts and pants were placed everywhere - those with discount. The new arrived were still nicely in place.



Browsing the suits collection.. apparently, those I have eye on already sold out :( I do need one badly as the company opening is on next week. I am yet to get one.

Esprit is on sales too.. additional 20% for card member on today and tomorrow.

Shopping Therapist Again... BROKE

A friend treated me lunch at Starhill. While waiting for him and his wife, I shopped around and purchase a pair of Timberland sandal for my younger brother. We have been looking around for his casual slipper but I think the sander will do.. especially, with 50%. :)

Ate a lot.. now around 10pm I still fill full.. :P 3 plates of vary type of foods, mainly focus on shashimi, 3 pieces of mushi, 4 scopes of ice cream. I think it has been "N" months that I ate this much.

Tomorrow going meet up godbrother at the Gardens - Midvalley. Be lated birthday lunch for him at Purple Cane. Maybe some catch up with him. Have not talk to him much since I moving out from him apartment. Both of us are busy with our work. Sign!!

I need to rest this week as next week is going to be busy with my work... tons of work need to do. I am so so busy till my colleagues have been helping me to pack my belonging. :) They are very helpful. Lucky, the mover provided us with the colour coded label and boxes. Myself already has more than 7 boxes of files.. poor mover.. haha!!

Last Minute Shopping

Last minute also hard to deal with, even for a professional shopper like me will feel the pressure. I prefer to shop in my sweet time. I received a short notice birthday party invitation for AX. Due to the lack of information on him (I just met him once); this had created more challenges to get him a perfect gift.

I did manage to go for a hour shopping despited my busy schedule - a company event on the following day. End of the trip, I did not get anything for him… but.. but.. but.. I made a hole at my wallet and heat up my credit card too. I purchased 3 pants and 6 shirts. Those are for my brothers and me. It was in a good price and couldn’t resist the temptation when I was in the “shopping” therapist mode.

End up, I just picked up a thing from my gift reserve - A tie. Thank god I still have some stock. It is always wise to keep few things at home for the emergency like this. I am totally clue less on his dress code in the office. I am those people prefer to select a gift which is useful and meaningful. Anyhow, I hope he like it. Get my finger cross. :P

OMG!! Borders at MV The Garden

Finally, a bookstore open at The Garden. They have opening free gift with every purchase of RM100 - a book illuminator.

D Day!!

New office is almost ready to move it, it still have some touch up before we move it. Bosses have announced the moving date and the "official" opening date. Thank God! It is finally over. Once the move is done, I can wash my hand from the "building" thing. I have planned the handover to the office executive... Errr!! kind of.. he still report to me.. sign!!!

Anyway, I dropped by the Isetan this morning. And got out from there with:
1. Hot diamond - a bracelet for niece birthday. Don't play play... The diamond got certification one leh.. but very very small in size lah.. what do you expect below RM100. :)
2. Renoma wallet and card holder - Called me cheap .. but I can't resist the 70% off.

Don't have enough time as my boss suddenly called me for meeting.. Lucky for my wallet.. :P

I saw lot of cute guys at the CK underwear area. Scary!! many of them buy like no tomorrow.. like 4-5 boxes per person.. RM90 with 70%.. Maybe such a good deal; but I don't get any for myself. Since, I don't have any low cut pants or jeans. Don't have confident on my body.. hahah
