Diet

I am getting fat lately. Even though, I am about 8kg overweight, I am not look too portly because I am tall enough. Ok! Ok!! It still consider fat. My waist is around 32-33.
However, I am really don’t like the comment from my brother “Did you slim before?” This has become my source of motivation to go for diet.

My goal is to reduce the 8kg in 2 months. Wish me luck.. I am going to go for classes, like body combat, RPM, and body pump, 3 times a week. Plus swim 20 rounds twist in a week. Also, I need some help on the weight management. A friend of mine has introduced a brand to me which he claims very effective.

I will keep update the progress in this blog, let cross my finger..

It is a food suppliment. It is used to change your daily diet.

Why don't you run a half-marathon or possibly a marathon.

It works wonder and effect is long lasting.
