Poor bank service

Today, I finally have time to collect my free French umbrella from a “local foreign” bank (as shown in their ad) at Bukit Bintang. The parking experience is horrible; there is no car park for thier customer. After circled the building for more than 3 times, I finally parked my car at a near by parking lot.

Since, my collection is a pre-arrangement because my letter is missing in the process of delivering to me. I thought it will be an easy and quick process. Hmmm.. I couldn’t remember the person called me, so I asked the customer personal to check it for me. She insisted I need to provide the letter, even I told her that mine is a pre-arrangement and asked her to verify with the call center. With the black face, she went for verification. Later, she returns with the same answer and mention the call center doesn’t have the information. I have requested her manager name card and leave the stupid place.

After reaching my office, I started to dial the few numbers to get clarification. In my surprise, all of them are on leave or MIA. None of their colleagues can help me because their have no ideas. Don’t they must handover the task before the go on leave? May be I am just a small account holder? Damn.. This is worst bank I come across for many years after the incident of the “Catty” bank.

!@#$$#.. This is wasting of my time. I called the so called customer service hotline. After few minutes of conversation, they agreed to courier the gift to without charge.

Mission accomplished.
