The most answer I got from customer service when I asked where is their superior:
1. In meeting.
2. Not at their place/workstation.
3. Not in yet.
4. Busy.
5. On the line.
This is the new creative answer I got last week - They are the boss and no need to report to us. O.o
p/s: I like the answer because this is so truth... :)

Yesterday i go cinema only notice no vanilla coke at any TGV. The staff fool me "only have rose coke, pineapple coke and apple coke, no more vanilla..." %@#%$&%^
Sometimes, creativity arise from repeatitive behaviour. Think they have been tired to answer the identical question numerous times.
