It was an unusual family reunion at my uncle funeral. Everyone seems to be happy rather than sad. Which was strange to me.. Even my cousin asked me the same question. ..
I felt sorry to my uncle as his family looks fine from the outside but inside is roughen. The family has been falling apart long time ago over money, women, and business. Maybe is good for uncle to leave as no need to see the family further split into pieces. This is just my view point. Chinese say "No Eye See!!"
"Health" became a hot topic. All my uncles and aunties are sharing their way of keeping healthy.

Oh funerals had been a jolly affair in our extended families. We just joke and play mahjong some more plus endless gossiping.
Oh yeah!! This was what happen on this funeral and very different from my mom funeral.. This is why we questioning loh..
Sure have lot of gossiping, specially, lot of stories from this family.
I think people nowadays has better acceptance on death, it isn't necessary a bad thing sometimes.
It is just bit strange.. not even see a person cry ... only on the last moment..
if it was my funeral, then i would have wished everyone to b happy and move on with their life. its weird but then that would b the best gift i can have to see my loved ones live on...
