However, they asked us to print 2 copies of the air waybill instead of 1. They already can trace the package/shipment via the bar code scan; and all the information already registered via internet.
How environmental they are.. More like my foot. :)

Is it a big bill? Otherwise nvm lar. The environmental schtick only applies overseas anyway. :P
Did you complain to them and what did they say?
Is the two pages of A4 Size important to you or your company?

- To minimize unnecessary failures of UPS personnel's taken photocopy of additional label, later replacing back to the actual export package.
- These labels will have to forward over to Accounts Department/ Warehouse, incase the needed of retrieving the details for investigation or billing purposes.
Little Motivator: Not A4, they give us a label printer and they want us to print 2 set of label. Go figure..
