11pm: Received call from friend, his car got break in and lost his notebook, IC, credit card, smart tag, etc etc. It was not way for him to go back to Singapore without those important documents. He said he will come to my place after the police report.
2pm: He arrived at my door step, we checked on the car condition and I suggested him to clean up the breaking windows and glasses before we send the car to service. Meanwhile, I had contacted few workshop to ask them to check on the car mirror. Apparently, the car model is too new ( latest model and the car is not very popular in Malaysia) , the workshop unable to locate any in the short notice; however, they will able to get the windows on the next day.
4pm: Parked the car in the safe place and suggested him to stay at my place till things resolve. Anyway, it will be hard for him without any credit card on hand. Sent SMS to friends to cancel all the appointments.
6pm: Dinner and TV
9pm+: Sleep

when we were in penang we used the valet service. expensive but safe. new bmw and mercedez sports cars jus waiting to be 'vandalized on public streets in the wee hours of the morning while we were clubbing.
