In yesterday company meeting, my boss decided to split my current roles and responsibilities into 2, and assigned to another colleague. This because I have many non-related responsibilities (misc. job) on hand. FYI, I almost shout for "HURRY!!" in the meeting, when my boss mention this.
I am so happy ... now, I can focus on the core job task and my workload down by 30%.. Hurry.

if your boss pity you for too much work - this is good.. if your boss thinks you cannot handle too much work - this is a bit dangerous..
anyway, 30% less workload is something to celebrate!!! work smart and play hard!!!
Not so worry on this, someone just want to get some "advantage" on the role I giving away.

I bet dude u could handle... btw, it's good to release out 30% of the work that u have learnt enough from doing that... so you could make room to explore and learning new stuff... :-p
