Bad Customer Service

I had enough of his poor service. Never return call, never completed my request on time, never reply my email and worst - push all the blame to others.

I have try to give him second chance but he still did the same mistake.

I called his boss and fired few row of bullets.. end of the conversation, I have requested the boss to change the account manager because I don't think we can work as a team. Otherwise, I will move my account elsewhere.

You always clinch the "Best Bitch" award when bad customer service happens. I guess you heard of this proverb "The Leopard Cannot Change Its Spots". You are the leopard!
