Am I going to die alone?
This question popped out when my friend told me that his friend just passed away during the business trip. The worst part is they only discovered his death after 2 days. A friend called him during the weekend and did not get a response. On the follow Monday, the friend called to the office and he was not in the office. The company only filled a police report after he did not turn out on the following day. His body was discovered in his apartment. He was all alone. Sad!! Very sad!! This is not a good way to die.
One of the episode in the "Sex and the City", Miranda's neighbor said that the previous owner was passed away alone in unit and the pet ate the body due to hunger. This cause Mrianda always make sure she over feed her cat.

well, under certain circumstances, i might want to die alone as i do not want my family to see me die and be sad...

My friend's bachelor neighbor died while taking shower. His body was found after a terrible stench in neighborhood 1 week later! His body was filled with thousands of overfed maggots eating his naked body.
