Then, the central bank decided to remove the 20 days grace period on credit card if you do not pay the full amount in your bill.

Now, the car park.. no monthly pass and need to feed the bloody parking machine for every 3 hours.. Who is the smart people to think of this? Which KL town city is not fully congested?
