New Opportunity

I supposed to meet up with the new potential boss today, but have to cancel it as his schedule is fully packed. He only can make it next week. We shell see what happen next week.

HR issued a Reject of resignation letter to my colleague. OMG!! I never heard of Reject letter before.. is there such letter? Anyway, my big boss is really the bimbo when come to management.

Your boss maybe want your colleague to stay until the notice period stated in the offer letter.

Times are bad. Perhaps, you should really consider your new undertaking carefully. Anyway, good luck.

Reject of resignation letter? Strange. Unless he makes a counter offer, or else your colleague should be able to leave after the amount of time agreed in the contract.

yes, there is such things as "reject letter to resignation"..

means the boss wont accept and wont let the staff go.. maybe the staff is too valueble to let go (hence can pay increase!), or the boss not yet torture enough.. hahaha.
