I am elected as the Joint Management Community Member in my condo.
It is not some sort of glamorous job. It come with any kind of special benefit. In fact, it is hard work. We have to deal with the developer and management office. Believe me you will prefer not to get into this messy business. But it is my home, I am going make sure everything is in order.
Some residents like to make complaints on small issues. And those people only appeared when they want to complaint. I hate this kind "don't care" attitude people when everything running good.
Have been running around to distribute the flyer at each floor and the parking lot. This is to make sure the resident coming for the JMC election. If the board is on the wrong hand, the property will be run down soon or later.
This mean more meeting on top of my busy schedule in office.. Sign..

Well, since you are staying there, it is not a bad idea to be the committee. Perhaps, you can get extra benefits out of it? Think positive la.
