Request to return

Back in town after the emergency call from my boss. After 4 hours drove, I am basically half death.. However, I still need to keep myself alert. There was a system mistake needed my attention. It worth a million. :( What I can do is to reduce the damage to the company? Still no time to looking where is the problem causes the mistake. End of the day, I am still responsible for the mistake because the project is belong to me.
