Does the boss really aware that he/she always assigned too many jobs to the capable person, but he/she just let the less capable "lucky buster" to seat around doing nothing.
When come to reward, both of them will always receive similar package. This is always not a fair game...
End up the capable and overwork person decided to resign, the "lucky buster" will remain in the company as the boss can't fire him due to short of staff.
