Seem quite serious of the wounds...Get some medication on it to prevent it getting worsen. Normally if I found out the shoes I wear cause me uncomfortable, I will either wear thick socks or I will never wear that pair of shoes again. Throw away the shoes! :P
New shoes aren't meant to cause you any other pain except that of your wallet.
