Too closed with my boss

In work, I always try to keep a distant with my bosses... anyhow, in this company, my relationship with immediate boss getting out of hand:-

1. He always told me his personal life..

2. I am his PA, even he has a bitch who always running around socialize in the office. Arranging technical meeting, reply email via his name, issue memo on his behalf...

3. I am always the first person he called into the meeting when there is a new issue.

4. Few days ago, I send his car to service because he just drop his car key on my table. Sign!! We have an administration office to handle this leh..

5. We had a big argument during my first 6 months employment with this company. But we managed to sort it out. Now, he trusted me too much till I scare.

6. I now under the category of no classify.. I can get the company P & C documents.

7. I have full access to everywhere in the office.

8. I always accompany him to meeting and business trip.

9. He spent long and long time at my department... I lost my freedom of chatting in MSN.

10. My budget always get approve easily compare to my first 2 years here.

11. Freebie, you will have lot of gifts from other people who try to get close to the boss.

12. He remember my birthday.

13. He remember my extension where he always asked me other people extension.

14. He just give me the end result he wanted in a project and don't want to get involve in the project. On the other hand, he will teach my operation manager step by step, like teaching a primary school student.

....

I am not sure this is a good sign, sometime it become personal.. not good for work.
