Cat Fight in My Office - Part III

One of my most "intelligent" boss decided to show his higher power and set an example to all the staff :- He want to fire both of them without any kind of warning give. Our poor HR had advised and tried to convince him that this is against the law. The end result, he still prefer his way without consider the consequence.

Sometime, I am not sure why this company always going backward. The lazy and horrible personality person always managed to keep their position. And those talented and hardworking always select the exit door. May be it is a time for me to move on... May be... After my study..

Oh, is that what happened? No wonder there was a fight la - if someone did that without warning, anyone would scream.

I suppose you can say those who move on, would find better jobs else where anyway - it's better to jump to find a better job elsewhere than to stay with an idiot and be worked like a slave.

Every company has the same issue. It is only how you deal with it.

My mind was full on the movie session, trying to get a better solution. To avoid losing a good staff. Sign!! Tired!! Ideally, warning letter will do.

Truly, a warning letter would have been diplomatic. But I guess it's the company's loss if they'd rather allow one boss to fire staff anyone any way he wants.

Were the staff under you?

P/S: I enjoyed the movie session earlier too!

If it's against the law, can the two people who were fired sue the company? May be a good way to get rid of the law-breaking boss. :)

hrugaar: I'm not very sure, not very familiar with HR law. I wish I could, he is one of share holder.
