Headache!! I hate to deal with people, who are unprofessional, unable to keep/fulfill their promise, and play games. I am referring to my condo’s developer and management office.
Can’t remember how many times I have made called to them. N times, maybe I called twice or 3 times a day to follow up with the outstanding matters. Prior to phone called, I have sent them few pages of “love” letters. After my hard work of 3 weeks plus, finally, they fixed my issue. Horrible respond time, 3 weeks to fix a tiny lighting issue which they can do it with a day. In brief, about 70% of my condo’s common corridors are in total darkness because the lights only turn on after 7:15 pm.
Victory? Not yet, this is because I still have a long list of issues, from securities to cleaning. However, I have been press hard on them to resolve one by one. It comes to extend of writing letter to their legal department on their empty promise and misleading advertisement. Don’t play play with me.. :P

Yeah, and these days one isn't even allowed to use a little 'motivational violence' to encourage them to get moving. Darn! ;D
