Value of an employee

After few years of hard work in a company, the return for the worker is “We no longer needed your service, and we wish you luck on your career.” This is what happens to my friend in real life.

It is not a surprise for me; may be a bit because this happen too fast. We are just discussed his company when one of his director has been force out from the Management. Since he has been working very closely with this director in the past, I have been hinted him that he will be the next target. Anyway, it is too late to do any action and thing already happen.

This is business world, if you are no longer have the value to the company, and they will kick you out at no time.

Hustler - Sick! Sick! Sick! Most bosses are selfish today but not all. We may not see our incompetency and shortcomings sometimes unless we do a review. Either look ourselves naked in mirror or get close friend's honest advice. Good luck & hope he picks up his spirits again. Love you, love him always!
