Miss V - The most hated person in my company now

I hate people who do not respect other people. Sadly, I discovered one in my company during our event. She (Miss V) now becomes the MOST HATED person in my company. She basically managed to drive almost everyone nerve to the max. This includes the nice and good colleagues.

Incident 1:

Miss V throws the money on the table and demands the colleagues to go to buy stationary.

Incident 2:

We were invited to have dinner and had not brief for work. She screams out loud in front of everyone. “You all are not come here for dinner but come to help us to work!!!” After we all stand out and found no work for us to do!!!

Incident 3:

In one incident, she asked the waiter to clean all the food away while the staff not yet having their lunch.

Incident 4:

After she brief us with task, she end the briefing with “look like all of you don’t understand the simple thing that I just brief.”

Incident 5:

She just excused other even we know that is her own mistake. Like write down “Australia” in stand of “Austria”.

Incident 6:

Try to out prove herself but created more problems for us to resolve. Asked people queued on the wrong direction and mess up the line, even we had briefed her entire process. And she still managed to scold my colleague on this matter.

Sigh!! I really have a long list of things that she did wrong in the past events. As usual I have confronted with her during our post mortem meeting. She still think she do nothing wrong. She said she is under pressure and this allows her to release her anger to other people. Damn!! There is no such thing and you can have temper when you have pressure. Doesn’t she know the story of “Hong Kong’s uncle in the bus” - “You have pressure and I have pressure”.

Anyway, I just hope she doesn’t repeat the same thing in the next events.
