Lame excuse

Last Sunday, I went movie with NN, who newly gets a new “Pan Mei Chen” hair style. We dropped by the shop Just Dessert for a drink. I ordered a drink for Snow Starfruit which shown bellow:



Do you aware that my glass is only 2/3 full. I queried the waiter. He claims that they run out of the normal glass apparently easy to break and still pending of arrival; therefore, they use the plastic cup. He ensured the volume in the glass is equal to the normal glass. Huh??!? What does he mean? That answer was not an answer to a customer. Do you think I care the restaurant run out of glass or easy to break? I just care why my glass of starfruit is less 1/3 of the content. That is a lame excuse.

If I were him, I would have filled up the cup. This is not customer fault if they don’t have enough glasses. Giving people half filled cup leaves very bad impression and lousy customer service.

Anyway, this will not happen again as I have decided not to go there anymore. :)
