Do you know what I did yesterday evening..

I walked into a room and start removing my clothes and sleep face down on the bed. He walked closer to me and softly touching my back. His hand was moving up and down. Then he slowly started increasing his forward pressure on the specific points. The pain was incredible, I said "Oh God!! It hurts”, he replied “Just relax, and relax your body”. Even though, it was only few minutes; however, I felt it was ages with those kind of pain. Next, he asked me to slept face up. He holds me tight with his entire body on top of me. I can feel his body heat as he pressed his body against me… then I can felt the pressure on back bone and the sound of re-alignment of my bone...

Ok!!! Guy and girl, this is what happens to me yesterday in the chiropractor office. My back pain is bordering me for the past 1 month. To make the situation worst, due to some techniques issues in the hotel I stayed during my trip, it made the pain becomes serious.

My friend has introduced me a new chiropractor. As my existing do not have late evening service. Anyway, let cut the story short. The new chiropractor is kind of cute. I have been visiting him every other day for this past one week.

May be this is the only plus sign. However, *sign*, the treatment cost me a bomb.. :(
