Yoga

2 months back, I started practicing Yoga regularly. When I mean regularly, I really mean regular. Other than attending classes 7 times a week, I also practice at home almost daily.

Slowly, I have notice the change on me. I become more patient, self control on my emotion, flexible, less back pain due to long hours seating in office, and my weight reduce. It is a fulfilling journey on mind, body and soul.
