I have been extremely busy with my work lately. However, who is not busy with work, so I have to deal with it. In progress of hiring new staff; hope I can get one soon.
Also, I have facing some problem with my tenant, he yet to pay me 4 months rent. He has been promise to clear the payment few months back. Till today, I still wait for the payment. No more Mr. Nice Guy if I don’t receive rent.
