Yesterday night, I decided to join my few colleagues for after work drink. They are Handsome Tom, Workaholic Fred, and Food addict Gary. In between our conversation, I decided to confront with them about the rumors running between us. May be I should said the rumors basically talked bad between each other.
Me: I heard the rumor that you are not happy with me because I have been asking you to complete my work. Is it true?
Me: This is why I thought and I am confused, I am afraid that I have had gave you my work to you.
Then I went thru the similar session with Tom and Fred. Damn!! Each of them said they never said those words before. The rumors did created a wall between us and misunderstanding too.
We are trying find out who is the person create the rumors. Each of us already know the source, but sadly, we have no evident on this person.

Clear the misunderstanding and there you go, can have a maintain e good relations with the rest of the collegue :P A good thing to start off.

adamaww - Ha ha. may be one day out of the blue moon, I will write more about Handsome Tom. There are no challenges at all for me because I am not interested in him. :P
