Customer Service/Service

I am wounder what kind of customer service/service we received here in Malaysia. Few days back, I called one of the broadband provider service center to get information about their wireless broadband. They refered me to thier reseller. Later, I found out from the reseller they don't provide the service. Aiyo! Wasted my energy and time. Made the second called to the service center, this time they told me, they do offer the service; however, I need to collect the equipment and register at thier service center.

This morning, I went to the KLCC service center. The lady told me even my office in the coverage area but they do NOT GUARANTEE we can receive the wireless signal. Oh! my god.. then why should they include my office in the coverage area in the first place. Secondly, I subscribed for the speed 1.5M service, they still don't guarantee I will get the speed only at best effort. This made me confused, in this case, why they need to come out with difference speed packages, if they can't guarantee. Plus, this is going to be the first in my shopping history, the shopping bag and box must RETURN to them in good condition when we discontinue their service; otherwise, we need to PAY RM 10 for a box and RM 5 for the shopping bag. Oh! oh! I missed out another good one.. 7 days testing period with full refund. The refund does not mean IMMEDUATE REFUND but after 2-3 months time. Hmmm.. at least, we still can our $$ back.

Do we really need to go thru this kind of customer service/service here???
